our bible verses this week are from Luke chapter 9 verses 23 & 24 “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for my sake will save it”
What is some way you can say no to yourself today? 
Rather than striving to perfect ourselves through the endless chase of our potential and aesthetics, let's find fulfillment in serving Christ and others.

Defeating Anxiety

welcome back Holy Girls! this week we are diving into ways we can defeat anxiety with scripture, prayer and hope in Jesus! Don't believe the lies in your mind making you anxious about life, instead fix your gaze on the Prince of Peace and walk with Him. Take it day by day and be transformed by the renewing of your mind, this will empower you to discern Gods will as you will live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in His eyes (Romans12:2). I pray this episode encourages you and lets you know that anxiety is not the end of your story. Thanks be to God for our living hope- Jesus Christ.

That Time I Fell Off a 60-foot Waterfall
